Another study found that intermittent fasting altered the expression of several genes in the brain, 𝖎ncluding those involved in the regulation of energy metabolism,the stress response,and learning and memory.

It's important to note that while these findings are interesting,it is still not fully understood how time-restri cted eating affects gene expression in humans,and more research is needed to determine the potential health benefits of this type  of eating pattern.
